"The Everybody Matters Workshop" A Team-building and Inclusion Experience
In this fully interactive model, participants have an opportunity to grow by exploring the thoughts in their subconscious and conscious minds about themselves and others. As a result, groups gain great insight into how these thoughts are ultimately reflected in their behaviors.
Uniquely designed to tackle tough issues in a safe environment, participants leave the workshop feeling empowered to truly value and appreciate themselves and thereby are enabled to fully support others. Simply put, people share in learning ways to communicate better, important tools for listening, skills for becoming more inclusive and sensitive to others. By the end of the sessions some very valuable bonding has occurred. Works well with all group types and is an excellent resource for Sales and Human Resource Departments.
